The time has come to officially apply for our program. Fill out the booking form. You will also have the chance to provide us with detailed internship preferences when filling out the form. Please note, at this point you have not officially registered yet. You still have time to change your mind – so, no pressure.

Have the Welcome Call With Us

During the ‘Welcome Call’ you will be introduced to your organization and can ask questions you may have. We will also discuss many aspect of the internship search process and inquire about your background. The goal of the call is to get on the same page regarding your internship.

Consider Everything and Make a Final Decision

After the ‘Welcome Call’ you will have a good understanding of what is possible in your personal internship scenario (and what’s not). Take 1 or 2 days to think it through once more, and then make your final decision if you’d like to start the internship placement process.

Your Program With Us Starts Now

Pay Our Invoice

After you have decided to officially start the program, we will send you the invoice and you have 7 days for your payment.

Access Your Placement Account

You will now have access to our internal internship placement portal using your login and password. Then you will start working step by step with your placement coordinator on your application portfolio such as resume, cover letter, video introduction, etc.

Your Coordinator Starts Reaching out to Our Host Companies

After you and your coordinator have created a convincing and attractive application portfolio, your coordinator will now get really busy looking for an internship. He or she will be reaching out nonstop to our personal contacts at our host companies and present your profile.

Securing an Interview

As soon as a potential host company has signaled interest in your application to your coordinator, you will have a mock-interview in preparation for your job interview. You will also receive detailed information on the company so that you are well prepared for the interview.  Interviews usually take place via Skype, Hangout, or other web-based video tools.

Hooray! It's a Match!

If the interview was successful, and you and the host company agree on an internship offer,  you are officially placed and the internship is considered secured. Congrats!

Internship Agreement

While you are busy celebrating your internship offer with family and friends, your internship placement coordinator will work on drafting the internship agreement to make sure everything is in order. You and your host company will then seal the deal by signing the internship agreement.
